Please consult the following couriers' terms and conditions
For FlagshipGO, those additional conditions take precedence over the ones from the couriers:
- Service guarantees will not apply on your shipment.
- Dangerous goods are not accepted.
- Maximum insurance liability is $100.00 per shipment for lost or damaged packages.
- A Special Handling surcharge is applicable under the following conditions but not limited to:
- Any article that is not fully encased in an outside shipping container.
- Any article that is encased in an outside shipping container made of metal, wood or plastic.
- Any package that at the carrier’s sole discretion requires special handling.
- Shipment using carrier supplied express packaging for non-express services.
- Any package in excess of the carrier’s maximum allowable length or weight.
- Any package in excess of the carrier’s maximum allowable girth.
- On the Signature required option
- Packages delivered to a commercial address are obligated to have a signature by the recipient in order for the driver to complete the delivery.
- Packages delivered to a residential address will be left at the door at the driver’s discretion unless the signature required option was selected at time of quoting.
- An extra residential charge may apply at the courier's discretion (e.g. a home business)

- Should your shipment receive any additional surcharges after the fact, you understand that they will be billed to your credit card for up to a month after the shipment has shipped.
